Choose a reference standard. Review its specifications.
02How it works
Three steps, start to shipped.
Ordering a reference standard should read as plainly as its specification. This is the whole of it.
-
Confirm who you are
Ordering is open to qualified researchers and research entities. You confirm you are at least 21 and ordering for laboratory research, and that confirmation is recorded against the order.
-
Choose the material and the amount
Every product page states the amount per vial, the form, the storage condition and the price. Sizes sit on the card itself, so a comparison never needs a second tab.
-
Order, and keep the lot number
Each vial is labelled with its own lot number. That number is what ties the material in your hand to its record, and it is what the COA Library searches on.

03Documentation
The record travels with the lot.
When a certificate of analysis is issued, it is published against the lot number printed on the vial rather than against the product, so the document you read belongs to the material you are holding and not to a different batch.
- Specification first. Amount, form, storage and current lot on every product page.
- Lot-level records. The library is searchable by product name or by lot number.
- Tracked delivery. Orders ship from the United States with carrier tracking.
